Getting to know Rachel Grace Dahlgren

I am passionate about helping people! I always knew that I wanted to work in a field where I was able to help others but was unsure what that was until I discovered social work. I graduated from Dominican University with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 2011 and obtained my Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2013. I have worked in many different areas of social work including community mental health, healthcare/renal, and child welfare. I have worked for group practices and have been providing telehealth services since March 2020. I have found this platform to be an accessible and convenient way for people to engage in therapy. I am licensed in both IL (LCSW) and MI (LMSW-clinical). Some more fun facts about me...I enjoy traveling and connecting with new places and people. I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training and I am very interested in the mind-body connection. I am trained in Holy Fire Reiki at the Master level. I have a deep love for nature and try to spend as much time as I can outside as well as encourage others to experience the joy and healing effects of Mother Nature!
