What should a new client know about working with you?

Individual Therapy: Weekly 45-minute sessions process emotional distress related to present challenges, trauma history, issues relating to sexuality, intrusive thoughts, oppression, and more. Couples Counseling Weekly 60-minute sessions to foster better communication and intimacy in a relationship. Welcoming of polyamory, non-monogamy, or couples with curiosity to try something new.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

On a technical level, all sessions are conducted over Zoom, and you will receive a link to our virtual meeting room before the first appointment. I can only work with people who live in the state of NY and/or NC and are over the age of 18. On a therapeutic level, that's for us to figure out together!
