Getting to know Raechel Russo

I am an EMDR trained therapist who works primarily with women and moms who are anxious or overwhelmed. I help clients get out of survival mode, manage stress, and build confidence and resilience in their daily lives. I also support women and moms in uncovering and processing old patterns so they can show up more fully in their lives and/or motherhood.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our work together, we focus on helping you release the pressure to be everything for everyone else. Using EMDR, we gently heal the experiences that taught you your needs come last or that love has to be earned through doing more. With ACT, we reconnect you with your values so you can make choices from a grounded, confident place, rather than a place of guilt or fear. Therapy with me is a space where you can finally exhale. Where resentment softens, boundaries feel possible, and you begin to feel like yourself again. You are not just a mom who’s holding it all together, but a woman who deserves care, rest, and fulfillment too.
