With 8 years of experience in the mental health and behavioral field, and 4 years specifically in counseling, I've had the privilege of working with clients ranging from 3 to 60 years old. My journey has equipped me with extensive experience in trauma, crisis, domestic violence, abuse, anxiety, depression, dissociation, and LGBTQ+ support, and I continue to receive training to better serve my clients. My counseling style is rooted in empathy, active listening, and providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your story. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and compassion. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, combining cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, psychodynamic, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed techniques.
