My primary goal as a therapist is to help you become the best and most fulfilled version of yourself. My style is supportive and engaged because I believe that healing takes place when you know that you are heard and understood. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University at Lincoln Center, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and solution-focused, tailored to each individual person.
