What should a new client know about working with you?

I want our sessions to feel like a safe space where you can freely talk about your deepest fears or concerns in the session knowing you will be supported. I use deep listening, interactive feedback, and ask a lot of questions, because my goal is for you to leave each session feeling validated, understood, and supported.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We usually start with a comprehensive intake session — where we discuss aspects of your life that play an importance to your development and look for any patterns or see if they contribute to the current issues bringing you to therapy. From there, we settle into weekly sessions where we continue building an ongoing professional relationship, dig into current concerns, and start working towards measurable sustainable goals. I check in regularly to see what's working and what's not, because I believe that all clients have autonomy and I will continue to collaborate with you in finding what feels right and feels comfortable for you in order to make and see progress.
