I'm also a big believer in mindfulness and the ?art of focusing on the here and now,? learning how to move forward in your journey. It is my goal to meet my clients where they are in life and grow from there. Any therapeutic approach I utilize is highly individualized to the unique needs of each client. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Grief Counseling, and Anger Management. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Education in Guidance Education from Virginia State University.
