I have over 25 years of experience delivering competent and ethical services for the treatment of depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma to individuals and families between the ages of 3 and 97. I hold a Master's in Counseling Education from Northwest Nazarene University. I have extensive experience in couples counseling, focusing on teaching skills to couples and families. Specifically, I have witnessed individuals and families create and maintain healthy boundaries, develop effective problem-solving skills, and experience improved communication. Additionally, I have worked in a geriatric hospital setting, several long-term nursing facilities, multiple mental health clinics, and several substance use treatment facilities. I have been married for nearly 45 years and am retired from the United States Air Force.
