“Amazing! I only had my first session and I already feel very good about our future relationship. She was clear, understanding and so non-judgmental about everything. She was clear and concise about all communication and explanation, as well as very relatable on many levels. I look forward to continuing my sessions with her for personal growth and coping mechanisms.”

Getting to know Rebeca Wright

I’m a licensed therapist in Colorado who provides affirming, trauma-informed care to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, chronic pain, and major life transitions. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, as well as those exploring sexuality, non-traditional relationships, recovery, and self-acceptance. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’ll work alongside you rather than telling you who you should be or how you should live. I integrate evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to your needs, identity, values, and goals. We’ll explore patterns, clarify what matters, and build practical tools for greater self-compassion, resilience, and healthier relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with an intake session where we explore what brings you to therapy, complete a biopsychosocial assessment and history, and develop an initial treatment plan together. We typically meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and schedule. Over time, we identify strengths, barriers, goals, and current baselines, then create practical SMART action steps. We’ll build insight, self-advocacy, interoception, mindfulness, and skills through intentional, non-judgmental check-ins, regularly reflecting on progress and adjusting goals as your needs and priorities evolve.
