I have worked in both residential and outpatient settings. I am a strong believer in the therapeutic alliance between counselor and client and use client centered therapies in my practice. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and love working to help people who have been through trauma to find themselves again. I work with adults of all ages and youths ages 13-19. I am credentialed in addictions counseling and understand how this may influence some of my clients. If you have been reluctant to go to counseling, then I may be the counselor for you.
