Hello, I'm Becky, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Denver, CO. My journey in mental health began in 2006 when I started working with young adults on the Autism Spectrum. This experience ignited my passion for mental health, leading me to pursue a career in mental health counseling. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2014 and have since practiced in both Texas and Colorado. As an eclectic therapist, I believe in meeting you with the form of therapy that best suits your needs. My approach is flexible and tailored, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, reality therapy, person-centered therapy, and humanistic therapy.
