Psychotherapist

Hi there, I'm Becca! In working with clients, I aim to provide a safe, welcoming space where we can work collaboratively to promote positive change and learning. Each client is unique, and I strive to meet you where you are and address what you may need help with at the time. With a person-centered viewpoint as my foundation, I bring genuineness, empathy, and a strong, unconditional positive regard to our sessions as we build a therapeutic relationship that will support you on your journey. You'll see me be me, quirky side notes and all. I want to invite you to be you in our sessions! By approaching therapy from an eclectic point of view, I incorporate skills from various standpoints and work with a wide range of specialties, including but not limited to: ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, PTSD, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma. I work with clients to understand how our past lived experiences may impact us and make positive changes in the present. It is my passion to help those who may be struggling and feeling stuck, as we all do sometimes. I hold an MS and am a Licensed Professional Counselor, bringing my professional expertise to our sessions. I would be happy to have a meet-and-greet consultation with you, where we can have a 15-minute conversation about what you may need help with and want to work on in therapy. Feel free to reach out with an email, call or text!
