What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m an LMSW in New York who is passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and recognize their own resilience. The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing clients move from uncertainty and emotional pain to a place of confidence, healing, and hope. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based interventions. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
