"I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-informed care to my clients. My clinical approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory and acceptance-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I strive to create a reflective and supportive environment where clients can deepen their self-awareness, build resilience, and lead more meaningful lives. Before beginning my career in social work, I served in the United States Air Force, an experience that shaped my commitment to service, strengthened my sense of discipline and adaptability, and deepened my understanding of trauma and resilience. My clinical experience spans community mental health and school-based settings, where I’ve worked with individuals navigating complex mental health challenges, substance use, and life transitions. I bring curiosity, empathy, and a client-centered mindset to every therapeutic relationship."

New clients should know that, as their therapist, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where they feel seen, heard, and supported. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach rooted in evidence-based practices, tailoring our work together to meet each individual's unique needs, experiences, and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I approach therapy with empathy, compassion, and curiosity. I aim to challenge clients and help them reshape distorted thinking patterns that likely started early in childhood. I hope to help clients clarify what is important to them, understand themselves better, and build a life that aligns with their values.
