As a licensed clinical social worker, my goal is to meet my clients where they are at. Providing a safe and comfortable environment to seek what they need to feel they are at their best, so they can enjoy life at their best. I have been trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have training in EFT, CBT, and EMDR. I believe in allowing people to be as real as possible in sessions to build a therapeutic relationship that is trusting, open, and non-judgmental.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions revolve around what the client needs at the time of the session. If that means we talk about what is happening at the moment or look at how we have gotten to the place we are, that is okay. There is time for all things that need to be addressed.
