What should a new client know about working with you?

I work from an integrative and holistic client-centered approach, drawing from a number of evidence-based therapies including mindfulness-based approaches, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and relational psychotherapy. These approaches are proven to bring real and lasting change. It’s therapy that works. You and I will work collaboratively to make sure that they work for you.
