What should a new client know about working with you?

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to get to know you, understand your story, and work with you to develop a personalized plan for growth. My goal is not just to help you manage your symptoms, but to empower you to make lasting changes that will improve your quality of life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I think that you should feel in charge of your own treatment. You're in the driver's seat and I'm helping out with the navigation. I want to find out how I can be most resourceful for you each session, and so this is where I try to begin each session, asking you how I can be the most helpful for you right now. We will also create goals together for your therapy and follow a treatment plan that is created to help you achieve those goals.
