What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting therapy can be challenging but is also a brave choice. I take it as a privilege to be invited into someone's story and am committed to helping people find a greater quality of life. Please reach out to me to schedule a time to begin.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use acceptance and commitment therapy which focused on mindfulness, self-compassion and acceptance of the difficult emotions.
