As a licensed therapist in the District of Columbia and Virginia, I bring 24 years of professional experience to my practice. I hold a Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Family and Child Welfare from Howard University. I specialize in assisting clients with occupational and life stressors, trauma, fertility concerns, family planning, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ related issues, family dynamics, as well as navigating uncertainty and the pursuit of purpose and connection. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, solution-focused, psychoeducational, and didactic. I collaborate with you to create an open and safe space where thoughts and feelings can be shared freely, without fear of judgment or expectations. I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
