Getting to know Richard Dalke

I have been a licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 35 years. I like to help clients who are working through life transitions; grief; and spirituality issues; using Mindfulness; EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques); meditation; guided imagery; and cognitive behavioral techniques. My wife died several years ago after a long illness; so I know first-hand the emotional struggle of being a care giver as well as working through grief. I am looking forward to working with you in a client centered non-judgmental way.
