Above all, I believe therapy is a way to unlock our true potential and create a life worth living. I find that my clients have been taught to ignore and/or resent their feelings. I strive to help clients use the power of their emotions for their benefit. I also want to help clients build better connection and limit those relationships that cause guilt and shame. I believe this can only be done through mindful self-awareness, identification of our values, and effective communication.
