Hi there! My name is Rima, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. Life can feel scary and unpredictable at times. As a therapist, I believe in leading with compassion and curiosity rather than criticism. Over the years, I have recognized how important it is for clients to have ownership in their healing process. I am here to create that space safely and consciously. I practice through an empowerment-based lens, highlighting the strengths and resiliency of all my clients. I have experience working with adolescent and adult individuals struggling with complex trauma, grief and loss, depression, ADHD, anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, personality disorders, and mood disorders. I utilize a diverse set of therapeutic modalities, including Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and BIPOC trauma-informed care.
