Whether you're looking to process your past or find support moving forward, I’m committed to creating a space of acceptance, compassion, and curiosity where you can discover your truest self. My approach centers on the therapeutic relationship, creating an environment where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach to walk alongside clients on their journeys. I have experience counseling children, adolescents, and young adults in support groups, helplines, and school settings, with additional crisis counseling experience. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, as well as prenatal, postpartum, and parenting. I hold a Master of Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work in NYC and am licensed in Washington as a Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical provider. Outside of work, I’m a mother of two sons—a toddler and a baby—and enjoy exploring the PNW.
