Hello, I am so glad you reached out. I know that the idea of counseling and change can oftentimes be intimidating and so the decision to take this step is one that requires courage and openness. I approach everyone that I work with from a space of acceptance, respect, and compassion. Through communication, I do my best to create an atmosphere of safety and warmth where my client can feel free to express anything that they may need to express. As a Navy veteran, I love having the ability to support other veterans in their needs as much as I am able. I also work a lot with grief, self-esteem, and stress.
