What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space to talk openly about their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. During the first sessions, the psychologist will take time to understand your history, your goals, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, you’ll build a trusting relationship and create a personalized plan tailored to your needs—whether that’s managing stress, healing from past experiences, improving relationships, or building healthier habits. Throughout the process, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and support every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical process with clients begins with an initial consultation, where the psychologist gets to know your concerns, background, and goals. From there, you’ll work together to create a treatment plan that fits your needs and comfort level. Sessions usually focus on exploring emotions, developing coping skills, understanding patterns, and practicing new strategies that support growth and healing. Throughout therapy, progress is regularly reviewed, and the approach is adjusted as needed to ensure you feel supported and empowered. The overall process is collaborative, flexible, and centered on helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
