I strive to cultivate a therapeutic environment that is open, honest and practical. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort, and that developing strong rapport and mutual understanding are critical building blocks in a successful therapeutic relationship. I approach each session with optimism, humor, and care, driven by the firm belief that therapy does not need to be a somber experience in order for it to be successful.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, social/relationship issues, addiction, life transitions, self esteem, and much more. Having spent nearly a decade working in finance in my previous career, I draw from my real-world experience to help people navigate challenges in their lives while working towards acceptance and developing solutions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I understand that entering therapy can feel intimidating, uncomfortable, and may invite skepticism. I also understand firsthand how comforting it is to work with a therapist who feels like a real, relatable person. I am focused on fostering a therapeutic atmosphere that feels distinctly "normal" - please reach out if you think we might be a good fit!
