I am a licensed therapist with a wealth of experience helping people with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, and relationship challenges. I focus on meeting my clients where they are and helping them gain insight and, most importantly, self-acceptance. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Howard University and earned my Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a licensed therapist with a wealth of experience assisting others with trauma, anxiety, depression, etc. I work with my clients on self-awareness, acceptance, and compassion for themselves.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed. Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gestalt Therapy.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
