I'm a therapist who specializes in helping those dealing with all flavors of anxiety, relationship issues, neurodiversity, and challenges related to sexuality and kink. Regardless of why you choose to see me, I can guarantee you will be heard, understood, validated, and compassionately challenged on how to improve your life. What I offer to clients is a more directive approach, with a focus on recommending new behaviors and tactics to replace old ones that have kept you in a place of being unwell. I will value and appreciate your unique perspective during session, but believe that through collaborative work in attachment theory, challenging false or unhelpful beliefs, and choosing radical acceptance, you will find yourself adapting to your challenges, and feeling better as a result. People falsely assume happiness means the absence of challenges, but it is actually what happens when you can face them well.
