I offer psychotherapy for healing from intergenerational and developmental trauma. My focus is to help tease apart unconscious patterns created in earlier formative years that hinder joy and fulfillment. I have a holistic perspective and tailor each session to my client's needs, utilizing somatic awareness, mindfulness, neuropsychology, and brain spotting. I support clients in accessing a stronger sense of self, setting boundaries, making life-changing decisions, and engaging with others healthfully. Before pursuing my counseling degree, I had over 25 years of experience in bodywork, energetic healing practices, and coaching.
