I offer virtual counseling sessions and specialize in adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, depression/dysthymia, parenting issues, and life transitions. I use Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered approaches, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to reduce negative behaviors and promote positive ones.
