The decision to seek counseling is often a difficult one. I am committed to working with individuals and couples who are interested in making meaningful changes in their lives. I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment to those struggling with a wide range of concerns related to mental health, substance abuse, and relationship issues. My clinical expertise includes the treatment of depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders, substance use, family, and relational challenges. With a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Human Services from Walden University, I bring advanced knowledge and skills to my practice. Additionally, my experience in multicultural counseling allows me to personalize treatment to meet each individual's unique needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My integrative approach to treatment is grounded in cognitive behavioral theory and guided by empirically supported interventions. I balance acceptance-based approaches with solution-focused strategies to help clients achieve their goals. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve lasting, realistic and sustainable changes in their life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I value a collaborative therapeutic relationship and provide a safe, empathetic and non-Judgmental environment for my clients to explore difficult feelings, emotions and thoughts.
