What should a new client know about working with you?

I assist individuals with coping skills for internal resolution, trauma integration and mindful living to achieve a greater sense of presence and choice. My primary modality is psychodynamic therapy, where we work together to increase insight into unresolved experiences and recurring cognitive, emotional, and behavioral patterns that interfere with optimal functioning. I firmly believe that we are experts of our own experience and I rely heavily on that input to guide treatment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Through the therapy process, my priority is to create a context of safety and acceptance. I incorporate person-centered collaboration to develop realistic treatment goals for therapy. Along with building trust within our therapeutic relationship, I want clients to know and trust themselves.
