I believe continuous self improvement is a must, so I’m always seeking ways to further myself (i.e. mentally, physically, spiritually). You're here because you're probably the same. I call this “A journey of self-cultivation” and it easily helps me overcome life's roadblocks. You want that, right? These roadblocks are mostly internal and are due to non-unified parts of myself. The unification brings deeper self-understanding/mastery. Self-mastery gets you out of my way as you work towards your aspiration. It is not always easy, but it’s fun. I love it and can help you build your own practice. The foundations of my services is built on “parts work” to helps you recognize and bring your conflicting parts into wholeness. This balances the physical and mental dis-ease you struggle with. We engage in talk therapy and other self-cultivation practices (examples on website).
