Life is not always easy, even sometimes seems unbearable; However, I believe with an encouraging heart, a listening ear, and a therapeutic setting that is able to equip you with the needed tools to enhance your life and bring about positive change, you can make it and live a productive life. My counseling approach has been integrative including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, Behavior Modification Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
