I have worked with diverse populations and have successfully addressed a wide range of mental health needs, including ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, OCD, phobias, PTSD, stress, and trauma. I have a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges, find their inner strengths, and achieve their goals. I didn't choose Therapy, Therapy chose me. As an adult, I bear a lot of responsibilities. None of those responsibilities are more important than the responsibility of self.
