What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide evidence-based psychological treatments for teens and young adults using a holistic and eclectic approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. My approach draws from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Person-Centered Therapy. My focus is always on helping clients build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical coping skills.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session is about connection. We’ll focus on getting to know each other, exploring what brought you to therapy, and beginning to set goals. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to identify what’s most important to you and create a plan tailored to your needs. My aim is to ensure you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and with a clear sense of next steps. I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward your goals and create meaningful change in your life.
