Getting to know Rosalie Lynch
Hello, I'm Rose, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with thirty-seven years of experience in the field. My approach to therapy is client-centered and strength-based, always aiming to meet you where you are with compassion and understanding. Whether we connect in person, on the screen, or over the phone, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and supported. Many of my past clients have shared that they leave our sessions feeling much calmer and more at ease.
In our work together, I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your needs, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive behavioral therapy, and music therapy. I'm also continually exploring new methods to ensure that I can offer the best support possible.
Currently, I conduct all my sessions virtually from my home office, which allows for a flexible and convenient way to engage in therapy. My primary focus is on helping clients navigate traumatic life experiences, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges.
If you're looking for a therapist who will work with you to harness your strengths and foster resilience, I invite you to reach out. Let's take this journey together towards healing and growth.

The therapist might be good at their craft. But it has been hard for me to know as they are distracted during our sessions.\n… dog barking.\n… them getting up to answer when people knock on the door.\n… Repair people working outside their house\n… news stories popping up on their screen. I know about the news stories.because they read them to me. The news stories seem to be on the same topic as we have just been talking about. So makes me wonder whether they have their settings on their computer set correctly so as to have HIPAA privacy???\n… And the very most distracting to me is that their husband has been within earshot for every one of our sessions.\n\nAll of this has made it hard for us to get to know each other on a professional level. And it makes it impossible for me to talk about anything real in regards to therapy.\n\nI am planning to request a different therapist.
