Hello and welcome! Taking the time to heal, grow, and get to know yourself better is vital to living a happy and well-balanced life. I understand that seeking help can be difficult, but it is often a crucial step in the process of growth and healing. What should a new client know about working with you?

My aim is to provide you with a safe and judgment free space to learn and grow. I am excited to help you find out what works for you in your healing process. You are the expert on you own life. I am here to support, guide, teach, empower and facilitate growth and healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session can vary from client to client. My style is conversational and casual. I do take this work very seriously and aim to help you to the best of my abilities. If you are looking for a counselor that listens intently and validates your experience then I may be a good fit for you. If you are looking for a counselor that is skilled at helping people get to the root of their problems then I may be a good match for you. If you are looking for a counselor that is not full of crap then I may be a good fit for you. I am generally a pretty straight forward no fluff kind of guy. This is not to say that I am insensitive. I am very conscious of the client's wants and needs and do my best to provide high quality care.
