This diverse experience has equipped me to effectively treat a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life adjustment struggles, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. I specialize in helping individuals navigate through addiction, anger management, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, grief and bereavement, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, military and veteran support, stress, and trauma.
