I use a strengths-based approach with curiosity, integrity, and empathy. I served in the Air Force as a geospatial analyst, supporting US and NATO forces. In my social work career, I worked as a school therapist, supporting children and young adults with trauma, school performance, and social conflicts. I am also passionate about equine-assisted therapy. I have experience working with diverse populations, including military members, veterans, LGBTQ+, underserved populations, and people experiencing homelessness. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from WSU and my master's degree in Social Work from the University of Washington.
