I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Associate with over 15 years of experience in social work and mental health. In 2009 I earned a B. A. in Psychology from Bennett College for Women in Greensboro, NC., where I began my professional experience as a community support worker providing psycho-education and implementing evidence-based coping skills to youth and families. In 2013, I earned a M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a Humanistic-Existential focus from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology-Los Angeles, CA. During that time I gained experience as a clinical psychology practicum student at a woman's center and a counseling center providing individual therapy. I implement various techniques to assist you on your journey of self-actualization. I firmly believe that our individual health highly impacts the health of all and am excited to help you with your goals.
