I graduated summa cum laude from Adelphi University, where I received a generalist education and training in several modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I am always eager to learn new approaches to meet my clients’ needs, with recent studies in Liberation-Based Healing and Collaborative Proactive Solutions. My experience spans several outpatient substance use and mental health clinics, and I have successfully transferred the skills developed in these settings to the virtual therapy space. My goal is to break down barriers and ensure that clients can access the care they need in the most accessible ways possible. I believe in adapting to my clients’ changing needs and am a strong advocate for integrative approaches.
