My name is Sakinah Taylor. I am a mental health counselor associate who is compassionate and dedicated to helping people navigate through life’s challenges. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Education from Herbert Lehman College, New York and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I consider myself to be a caring and empathic to client’s needs, goals, and challenges. I integrate an evidence-based, psychoanalytical therapeutic approach to empower clients. I am currently accepting new clients, and I am available for virtual sessions only. Client are provided with a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotions and gain insights into your challenges and experiences. I am able to provide actionable strategies, create trust, and foster a healing environment.
