I am a Master’s-level Psychologist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with additional experience in Jungian approaches and psychodynamic psychotherapy for clients ready to explore their deeper inner world. I have been licensed in Michigan since 2017 and completed a fellowship at the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In addition to my clinical training, I hold a diploma in Yoga and work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality-related challenges. I also specialize in Autism and ADHD evaluations, as well as personality assessments.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

While I use a range of therapeutic techniques, I believe the most powerful part of the healing process is empathy and genuine understanding. I don’t just listen to my clients — I connect with them, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported.
