Hello, I'm Sallie. I work in collaboration with you. Help you find yourself and navigate life's challenges. With a deep love for humanity and a passion for helping others, I strive to provide you with a real sense of connection and support in your life.
My training includes three years to become a Somatic Experience Practitioner (SEP), being EMDR-certified, and achieving the second level in NARM. These qualifications enable me to effectively assist you with PTSD and complex-PTSD. Additionally, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction and Substance Abuse Counselor, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions.
My ideal client is someone who is open to the process of growth and has the capacity to be true to themselves. I support you during transitional life situations and help with coaching and teaching you how to regulate your nervous system. Utilizing my training in Somatic Experience, EMDR, and NARM, I work with you to understand why you may keep doing the same things and following the same patterns of self-destruction.
With 28 years of being clean and sober, I draw on my personal journey and professional expertise to help you direct your life away from alcohol and drugs. Clients often come to me when they have problems with the lives they have created for themselves. My solution-focused style leverages my years of experience in four different career industries, my natural intuition, and my love of helping others.
