Hello. My name is Sally Schulman and I am a Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with a wide variety of people and work well with seniors with chronic illness and mobility issues. I have worked with many people suffering anxiety and OCD and have provided techniques to stop the circular thinking and provide relief and peace. I use CBT to help identify core beliefs and negative thought patterns and provide therapeutic techniques to help replace the negative thoughts with more positive imagery and calmness.
