In therapy, I believe that clients need to feel seen, understood, and accepted as they are. My passion is helping clients explore the aspects of their life that are causing them pain or difficulty. Through a nonjudgmental lens, I help clients embrace and cope with all aspects of human existence. By establishing a new relationship with our pain and life circumstances, we can move towards resolve and healing. I create a safe space where we can navigate difficult emotions and conversations, gain perspective on conflicts in your life, and find ways to resolve them. Together, we will work to help you tune into your true self, recognize coping mechanisms that no longer serve you, and discover self-compassionate ways of living.
