“Samantha has been my therapist for almost two years now, and I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her. She’s been such a support through some of the toughest times in my life. I really appreciate how she’s always honest with me in a way that feels kind, and constructive. She also knows how to gently challenge me when I need it, while still making me feel heard and supported and that to me is priceless.
All in all I’ve grown so much, not just personally, but professionally too. I feel more confident and self-aware than ever before, and that’s made a big difference in how I show up in all areas of my life. I’m handling challenges better, and setting healthier boundaries.

Samantha has been my therapist for almost two years now, and I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her. She’s been such a support through some of the toughest times in my life.
