After earning my Master’s degree from NYU, I completed a two-year training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, which deeply shapes my clinical work. While my training is in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, I incorporate techniques from other modalities (like IFS and EFT) to tailor my approach to each person I work with. Together, we will engage in a collaborative therapy that allows you to explore your past, present, and hopes for the future through a lens of self-reflection.
