Life can begin to feel overwhelming, exhausting, and emotionally heavy while still trying to hold everything together for the people around you. Anxiety, ADHD, burnout, motherhood, relationship struggles, life transitions, or addiction recovery can create a constant sense of pressure, disconnection, or survival mode. Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, feel understood, process emotions, and reconnect with a more grounded and authentic sense of self. I specialize in working with women who feel emotionally overloaded, mentally scattered, or disconnected from themselves after years of survival mode. Many of my clients are high-functioning women who struggle silently with anxiety, perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, low self-worth, or cycles of unhealthy coping. I also work with women in addiction recovery who are rebuilding their identity, relationships, confidence, and emotional stability while learning healthier ways to cope and heal. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe healing happens through safety, connection, self-awareness, and practical tools that actually fit into real life. I integrate evidence-based approaches while creating a supportive environment where you can process emotions, develop healthier patterns, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded and authentic way. I have a special passion for supporting women through: Anxiety and chronic stress ADHD and executive functioning struggles Burnout and emotional exhaustion Motherhood and postpartum transitions Addiction recovery and relapse prevention Trauma and difficult life experiences Self-esteem and identity work Relationship and boundary issues Depression and emotional numbness Life transitions and personal growth My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood while helping you move toward healing, clarity, and sustainable change.
